Thank you for shopping with EVAANDJAVIER. Below is our shipping policy for both domestic and international orders.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times

Domestic (Within USA):
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after the order has been processed. -
International:
Estimated delivery time is up to 20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary based on factors outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. We do not control the delivery process and cannot guarantee delivery dates once the item is in transit.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

Please check with neighbors, household members, or building management.

Contact the carrier directly to open a claim or locate the package.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
